In this episode, we discuss how to sustain realistic fitness goals with recommendations from @danielle.hornbeck , a group fitness instructor. Danielle explains how to incorporate group fitness to reach your goals, and simple ways you can modify your eating habits to sustain a well-balanced, active lifestyle. We also discuss some myths about fitness and thoughts about shifting your mindset about exercise. About Danielle: She is a wife and mother of three young kids, ages 7, 5, and 3. She absolutely loves being outdoors and exploring nature, reading, music, and watching Netflix at night with the occasional glass of red wine. She’s always been active and involved in group sports growing up, and it led Danielle to her current career. Danielle started in group fitness training first, because of her passion for athletics and exercise, and second because of her love for people. She deeply enjoys making friendships in the gym and the motivation and fun you get out of a class setting. She is aware that we are all on different fitness journeys, with different needs, abilities and goals, and caters to ensure all levels, ages and abilities receive modifications, individualized instruction and guidance.
