All of us have experienced life-altering events. Some of them are good, some are bad, and some can be both. Join two sisters, Catherine and Shendelle, as they dive into these various experiences and discuss the different ways in which they have changed their own lives or the lives of their guests. Shendelle holds a BA in Psychology and is a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP), who has worked in mental health services for several years. Catherine is a cancer survivor and a full-time student pursuing her BA in Asian Studies.
