Over the past 25 years, Scott has held a variety of roles in public and private engineering organizations. Most recently, he directed AtkinsRéalis’ national program management business, overseeing billion-dollar capital programs in transportation, water, and other industries. Previously, he worked for the State of Colorado in roles ranging from Water Conservation District program manager for the Division of Water Resources to Chief Financial Officer for the Department of Transportation. These experiences shaped his approach to stewardship of public resources, informed policymaking, and collaboration with teams invested in the communities they serve. Scott’s light bulb moments have come from the clients, coworkers, mentors, and teaming partners he has collaborated with throughout his career.
