We're Jodie & Denise. By "titles" a retired chiropractor and a farm wife. Both moms of adult kids. But we're SO much more than that! We're real friends who talk about real life for women in mid-life and beyond. And we're dedicated to helping those women create and live their BEST chapter. We talk about mind, body, and soul and what we need to do to keep them healthy & happy. We talk about happiness and finding our joy - A LOT! Because happiness is a huge piece of the Best chapter puzzle. We talk about self-care. About boundaries. About faith. About mindset. About self-talk. And so much more!

Happiness... But First Unhappiness

In this episode we talk about unhappiness which is the starting point to happiness and joy. We had some technical difficulties with being in two different places, a definite learning curve. But with life schedules, we did not have time to re-record so here it is with my (Jodie's) "talking head" and a touch of feedback. But it's real! LOL! And then I had to get a new computer to be able to edit it. But we learned and we're ready. So it will be way better going forward! Thank you for your patience!
