It's been 3 weeks since Kate has recorded. Where has she been? Today I'm letting you know why I've been absent, and letting you in on a little something that I'm really excited about!

Do you have moments in your life you think back and literally cringe? In this episode Kate talks all about her top moments she gets clammy or anxiety thinking about, and some of them are pretty embarrassing. If you want a good laugh, this is the episode for you!

If you have ever wondered what it's like to be a small "influencer" on Instagram, then this episode is for you! In this episode I reveal my honest experience and opinion on what going into being an influencer takes; the good, the bad and the ugly. In 2016 I decided that I wanted to have a bigger presence on Instagram, mostly to promote this blog and get more readers, but also to work with companies and promote products. What I didn't know is all the work that went into becoming an "influencer" and what went on behind the scenes of being one. 10 months ago I decided to step away from trying to do it "full-time" and it was the best decision I could've made. The pressure and the stress of "the numbers game" is gone and I am happier than ever with Instagram. I still do a little promoting of products here and there, but I now do it for me, on my own terms and when I want too.

Until you experience miscarriage, it's hard to understand the pain, anguish and devastation it can bring. I went through my first miscarriage (I've had 3 total) back in 2015, and in this episode I talk about how I wish I would've been more open about it then, because keeping it to myself really made the entire experience so much more difficult. *Disclaimer: This episode gets slightly graphic at times.

Kate hates Winter, and here in Utah, Winter lasts forever. Like, we are talking half the year it's like she lives in freaking Narnia. It's a little hard sometimes for Kate not to go stir-crazy while trying to pass the time on these long days that are cold and miserable. But! There is one thing that can help bring her joy with the convenience of not having to get ready or even change her clothes: Drive-Thru's! In this episode, Kate chats about why she sometimes resorts to going to drive-thru's when the days are long. She also talks about the food places she goes, all while giving you some tips about all her favorite go-to spots.
