KICKING OFF Season TWO with a good one! The weather is changing and fall is upon us. As our energy is shifting and we have less to give, it’s time to remember to slow down and listen to our bodies. This summer has been so crazy for me and burnout has been a struggle. I didn’t want to miss an ounce of fun or time in the sun. Do you ever look to others to validate your decisions? I get that, it’s hard to really trust yourself when you have all this doubt. It’s normal to feel doubt in your 20s.
