What's really getting in your way?

Procrastination, roadblocks, self sabotage, oh my! This week we explore how the things that you think are blocking you usually aren't really the problem at all. Sometimes our body is sending signals to switch gears and often there is a deeper layer of outdated subconscious programs. I had an experience this week where this showed up and I share the process I used to move through my emotions and uncover a big block I've had for over a decade.  And of course the weekly Divine Feminine Oracle card draw!

Integrity with the Soul

The New Year always brings a fresh burst of energy to get life in order, build better habits and finally (for real this time) create a better life, body, etc.  Today's episode, I talk about new year's resolutions (spoiler alert: I don't set them!) and dive into my word for the year: Integrity. New Year & Old boxes

Is 2022 the year you break out of the box & start doing life YOUR way? We are all uniquely designed - with different strengths, gifts and ways of seeing the world. Problem is, sometimes we fight against these, feeling somehow not enough or that we don't measure up so we attempt to fit ourselves into a box that makes us fit in with the rest. But what if stepped out of the safety of that box and stepped into who you are & your unique way of doing things?   In this episode, I reflect on the lessons of 2021. In particular, the insights on the boxes, structures and rules that have held me in back and what has  helped me to give myself permission to break free. We also chat a little about - the akashic records, Bali, astrology and harnessing your feminine power. Embracing the joy of the season

My kids reminded me that today it's only 5 days until Christmas! They also remind me of the joy, the wonder & the magic of this holiday.
