09 Excessive Force with author Dr. Loretta Prater, Part 1

Introducing a three part series with retired professor and Dean of the College of Health and Human Services at Southeast Missouri State University. In 2004, her son Leslie was killed by police. Dr. Prater has made it her mission to prevent police misconduct and brutality ever since.
