55. Meditation. Is it all B.S.?

If you're like me, you probably tried meditation, before concluding that it's all B.S.  Well, I've taken it up again and this time, I stayed consistent and now it is part of my daily ritual.  The key is not that you need to be an expert in breathing techniques and staying still for more than 10 minutes.  You just need to be consistent.  Trust me, with all the meditation practices and apps out there, there is something for everyone.  It's doable.  So get to work.  Enjoy and Namaste. 54. My Co-Parenting Journey

I know this can be a sensitive topic, but let's face it, with today's divorce rates, Co-parenting has become hugely popular.  I never thought I would be in the midst of this, and yet here I am.  Now I'm no expert, and believe me, it has taken so much work on myself and the realization that I wasted so much time focusing on the wrong things.  I'm still working on it, because it's an ongoing thing, but I do believe that we have come a long way.  I see it in my son's face and I see how happy he is having both his parents in his life.  I hope that's proof enough that if you are going through a divorce or have gone through a divorce, I hope that my journey will open your eyes and your heart to see that you can be happy and raise some amazing kids, even if you're not a couple anymore.  So let's do this.
