Descripción

Losing never feels like a success. This episode is all about reframing to think in success when you lose so that you can celebrate. Dance is associated with growth and getting comfortable with seeing successes even if it doesn't come naturally. Sometimes its hard to celebrate because it feels like something that is not enough or not perfect enough or that the goal should happen so its no anti-climatic.  Make it great, celebrate it great, and celebrate what is enough to avoid burn out and finally build confidence.  Don't forget that celebration is a beautiful form of celebration . How To Critique Your Dance Through Observation and Without Judgement | Ep 108

There is a way you can take in information and not be so mean to yourself.  On the dance floor observations turn into judgements fast and its because of expectations. An observation will lead us to a conclusion and when you observe with judgement that conclusion is a negative one about yourself.  In this episode, we talk about how to heighten your awareness to know when the  judgements are coming. How to take note so that you can intervene. ex. Forgetting a moment in routine ..  We go over how to observe and understand that one mistake is never permanent and its always fluctuating and that there is a certain time constraint with the amount of observations/dance routine.  Follow: Krissy: @krissyphillipino KDFSTUDIO: @kdfstudio
