Men's Mental Health Awareness Month

40% of men have never spoken to anyone about their mental health. There is a growing need for mental health resources for men, but there is a shortage of licensed professional counselors to help them. Men's mental health is often stigmatized, leading to a lack of open discussion and delayed help-seeking.
