We give thanks for those who have filled this earthly role in our lives, and pray that God would continue to encourage and support these men in following their call, that the next generation would ultimately be able to confess “Jesus is Lord!”

This is important because life has more than its fair share of storms, but with God, we will always have a ledge of protection to stand under. For that reason, we lift up His powerful name in praise and adoration. “During Life's Storms, God Is Our Refuge!”

“God in three persons, blessed trinity.” Have you ever felt like God was more mystery than revelation? The eternal, immortal, invisible, only God is beyond our understanding. In fact, we are helpless to know Him on our own. Thankfully, He chooses to reveal Himself to us. He does this through what we call the doctrine of the Trinity, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, one God, three persons. This Trinity Sunday, we, as a Church, confess this revealed truth and together praise His wonderful name.
