Serving as a pastor is one of, if not the, most difficult tasks on earth. We are never "off" and slowing down seems almost impossible. However, it is important for pastors to pause. We must learn to pause to see God at work, nurture and cultivate relationships, laugh, and to grow. The Pastor Pause Podcast with Steve Ely (who has served as youth pastor, college campus pastor, national youth pastor, church planter, lead pastor and now Director of Clergy Development for the International Pentecostal Holiness Church) will dig into all of these areas and more!
