Doctors told him there wasn't much he could do and he was advised to simplify his life, prepare for a defibrillator implant, and get his affairs in order. But Andy refused to accept that outcome. A desperate prayer to Jesus became the turning point in his journey. He opens up about the mindset shifts, faith, journaling, gratitude practices, music, and daily disciplines that helped him move from hopelessness to hope.
