PeppTalks with Jeanne Pepper Ep 333 Jeremy Hamburgh Social Life 360

Jeremy Hamburgh is a California-based coach and the founder of My Best Social Life, an organization dedicated to helping neurodivergent adults develop the skills necessary to find community, friendship, and romantic connections. Before transitioning into his current role, Jeremy served as a prosecutor in New York City, where he honed his ability to communicate persuasively. He draws a direct parallel between winning over a jury in a courtroom and succeeding in a social setting, noting that skills like telling compelling stories, asking insightful questions, and active listening are magnetic in both environments. Jeremy’s journey into coaching began at the JCC in Manhattan, where he facilitated popular dating workshops. It was during these sessions that he realized many of his attendees were autistic and neurodivergent, leading him to work extensively with the Adaptations Program at the Silver Center for Special Needs. This hands-on experience provided him with invaluable insights, which he used to launch MyBestSocialLife.com and develop his signature Social Life 360 program. PeppTalks with Jeanne Pepper Ep 332 Sunny Stone Artist, Filmmaker & Producer

Sunny Stone is a multifaceted artist, producer, and filmmaker whose work is as profound as her journey of survival is resilient. Born in New York, Sunny’s early childhood was defined by unimaginable adversity. After being kidnapped and subsequently abandoned by her mother, who struggled with severe mental illness and substance addiction, Sunny and her older brother were forced to navigate a world that offered them little protection. At just three years old, they were placed in the care of a relative who treated them with cold indifference, forcing them to survive on the fringes of a home where they were permitted only to sleep. Between the ages of six and eight, Sunny endured further harrowing experiences as a survivor of physical abuse and commercial sexual exploitation, all while facing extreme malnutrition in Brooklyn. PeppTalks with Jeanne Pepper Ep 330 Breon Rydell Musician

Breon Rydell is a celebrated Irish singer-songwriter, poet and intellectual whose creative output is inextricably linked to a childhood defined by a staggering act of violence. At the hear of his interview with Jeanne is the discussion of the unexplained murder of his brother at the hands of classmates when Breon was just a young boy. This early encounter with senseless brutality left an indelible mark on his family and became the silent engine behind his lifelong pursuit of moral clarity and social justice.
