I opened Matthew 1 and immediately skipped it. After a bit, I thought… hmm, I should probably go back. Girl, I am so glad I did. This episode covers only the first paragraph of Jesus’ genealogy, and it is full of Drama, outsiders, messy systems, and a Judah and Tamar situation I was not prepared for 👀 Come with me, as I deep dive into this giant list of names.
