Regents Professor Lecture Series

Regents Professor Lecture Series

Podcast de University of Minnesota

In order to highlight the work of the University’s most distinguished faculty, in Spring 2008, Provost Sullivan initiated the Regents Professor Lecture Series, featuring public talks by newly appointed Regents Professors. The Regents Professorship is the highest recognition given by the University to a member of its faculty for outstanding academic distinction in scholarly or artistic work, teaching or contributions to the public good. The series celebrates these faculty members’ many accomplishments, brings attention to their unique scholarly contributions, and allows the University community to learn about their important work first hand.
