Restoration: Where New Life Begins
📖 Day 144 — “Sin in the Palace” 2 Samuel 11 David was a king after God’s own heart, yet even he was not above temptation and failure. What began as a lingering look became hidden sin, and what was hidden soon brought devastating consequences. Sin has a way of convincing us that it can remain secret, isolated, and controlled—but it never stays there. The enemy loves darkness because secrecy gives sin room to grow. What we conceal can slowly begin to control us. But God’s Word reminds us that hidden sin eventually comes to light, and its effects often reach far beyond ourselves. The good news is that while sin brings destruction, God’s grace brings restoration to those who repent. Don’t hide what God is calling you to surrender. Bring it into the light and allow Him to do a work of healing and renewal. Truth for today: Sin thrives in secrecy, but freedom begins in confession. #DailyDevotional #2Samuel #FaithJourney #GodsGrace #WalkInTruth Support the show [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2082142/support]
