Many people that have not exercised in a long time struggle to get back in shape. Many push themselves too hard out of the gate and lead to injuries. others are injured and do not know how to resume exercise again without worsening their pain. this physical suffering can lead to weight gain and general depression on how we look and feel. one of the most important parts about returning to exercise after injury or after prolonged time away from exercise is establishing a proper baseline of exercise resistance and duration. if you do not create a correct strength baseline it becomes very difficult to bet back to exercise and fitness after a injury or after prolonged time away.
