I sat down with Sean Sanabria, one of the longest-tenured members of the Elliott Group, to explore his journey from aimless 19-year-old to top performer, coach, and self-described Renaissance man. Sean opens up about discovering Andy Elliott on YouTube when he had just 4,000 subscribers, while Sean was broke, struggling with unhealthy habits, and working his first car sales job. What followed was four years of total immersion in a new way of thinking, traveling the country as Andy's videographer, and eventually rising to the sales floor. But this conversation goes well beyond sales. Sean and I dig into the often-overlooked challenge of building a personal identity while working inside a high-profile brand, how easy it is to lose yourself in someone else's mission, and how the real work is figuring out who you are outside of it.
