Most athletes are taught that if you want to get better, you just have to push harder. But what if that is actually the reason so many people plateau or get injured? Scott Haase, known as the Velocity Doctor, has worked with over 1,100 pitchers across 16 years, helping athletes add serious velocity, often four plus miles per hour in as little as 90 days, without increasing injury risk. Scott went from a college pitcher struggling with velocity to adding five miles per hour in a single offseason, and that transformation turned into a 16 year career helping over 1,100 pitchers do the same. Now, through their health first system and global training community, they are helping athletes unlock more power with less effort and without sacrificing their long term health. Scott’s wife Lora is also with us today has been on the journey with him, has supported his passion and helping people feel better and perform better.
