Joe LaVacca was born and raised in Staten Island. Joe made his way up to Connecticut where he completed his Doctoral Program in Physical Therapy in 2010 from Sacred Heart University. He has since been a physical therapist in NYC for over 10 years where he’s seen the good and the bad of the healthcare system. As a result, he has developed a style that’s centered around education, empowerment, and communication.
