Somewhere between being a mom, or whatever title the world puts on you... you forget who you are. You wake up one day and realize you've become everything to everyone except yourself. In this episode, I talk about what it feels like to lose yourself, how easy it happens, and why it's important to fight for your identity. Because you are more than the role you play and you deserve to know the real you again.

You're allowed to feel your feelings!

I'm stuck in my room because my Daughter has her friend over. But in this episode I talk about how you're allowed to feel your feelings no matter how small or big they are. You don't owe a reason to why you feel the way you feel.

Mom Guilt

In this short episode I talk about mom guilt, and how important it is to not stop living when you become a parent. life is too short and you deserve to have fun and do your own things sometimes without the kids even though the guilt still creeps up. just know you're a great mom and your kids want to see their parents happy.
