It’s a lot easier on yourself to come up with a self care routine than it is to constantly try to recover from burnout. Self care doesn’t have to be time consuming (because as a mom who has TIME?!) self care just has to be international. Set aside time to take care of yourself the way that you so thoughtfully take care of everyone around you.

Motherhood is hard. Period. Motherhood is marketed as babies and constant joy but it’s so much more than that. You have to give yourself grace when it gets tough and remember that sometimes you’re going to be the world’s greatest mom and other days you’re just going to be a Sh*t mom.
