Soul Voyageurs: Cartography for Sensitive, Creative, and Emergent Humans
In this episode of Soul Voyageurs, I explore a subtle but life-changing realization that surfaced while sitting alone in an airport: even after deep healing work, the nervous system can still instinctively reach outside of itself for relief, validation, regulation, and safety. Through a deeply personal story and a grounded nervous system lens, this episode explores how our internal state shapes the reality we experience: biologically, emotionally, and relationally.
