It is the process of moving from a life governed by ego and external pressures to one guided by spirit and inner truth, resulting in a natural shift in outward behavior.
Inward Revolution (Psychological & Spiritual Transformation)
The inward revolution is the foundation, focusing on the transformation of the heart, mind, and soul.
* Renewal of Mind: It is a shift from being "conformed to this world" to being transformed by the renewing of the mind, often described as becoming "born again" or awakening to a higher consciousness.
* The Death of Ego: It requires moving away from self-centeredness, fear, greed, and ambition—the "old man"—towards a life directed by the Holy Spirit or true Self.
* Internal Silence and Stillness: Turning inward means closing the eyes of the mind to the noisy outer world and entering the silence to connect with divine reality or true existence.
* Constant Process: This is not a one-time event but a continuous, daily "metanoia" (change of mind/heart).
Outward Revolution (Behavioral & Social Manifestation)
The outward revolution is the natural, unforced result of the inward change. It is not about "acting differently" to impress others, but radiating a new inner state.
* Fruits of the Spirit: Outward changes manifest as love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, and faithfulness.

* Holistic Action: As individuals are renewed, they stop "cleaning the outside of the cup" and begin living genuinely, where actions align with inner righteousness.
