Bible Veterans: No Greater Love

In honor of the 100th anniversary of Veterans Day, in this episode we explore some Bible veterans that exemplify some of our military’s famous mottos. In episode 19 we explore those who are blind; physically or spiritually. We take a close look at the gospel of John chapter 9 where a man born blind receives his sight and explore why the ‘who’ is way more important than the ‘how’ a person can now see. Today

Episode 18 was recorded on Sunday August 11th, 2019 and it is simply titled “Today.” This sermon is all about living and experiencing life with God today by grace, and not worrying about the past or what will happen tomorrow. Learn to live for today like you are on vacation. This sermon also explores the Luke 10 Mary and Martha event as well as a time when Tall Paul got lost in the woods.

David vs. Goliath

Episode 17 is titled “David vs. Goliath” which of course takes a look at the famous event where, David, a young and future king defeats the giant Goliath with a mere slung stone. The heroics of David are then related how that God can use you just as you are. The main scripture for the event can be found in 1st Samuel chapters 16 and 17.
