On Friday, the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) reported [https://www.readtangle.com/r/9432f9dc?m=952b3d4f-41d1-4b12-988c-5556489b33d3] that nonfarm payroll employment increased by 22,000 in August, while the unemployment rate rose from 4.2% to 4.3%.
