She is a Certified Fitness Nutrition Coach, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. She is USA Track & Field Level 1 Coach. She is Yoga Alliance Certified RYT 200, yoga instructor. Aesha believes that living a life full of vitality requires a connection between mind, body, and soul. Aesha is a Master Instructor for @maddoggathletics , Spinning® program. She has certified many fitness enthusiasts as @spinninghq instructors. She is a Marathon runner and youth running club coach. She loves working with kids and adults. Aesha blends her knowledge and desire for running with her joy of coaching young runners.
