Lawrence is passionate about creating safe and supportive work environments.  He emphasizes the importance of education to understand symptoms of the stages of menopause to  prevent misunderstandings. Leaders can foster conversation and empathy to help their teams thrive and avoid performance issues. He also highlights the importance of implementing  menopause in workplace diversity and inclusion efforts.
