The additional revenue will support pay adjustments aimed at improving retention and reducing turnover in county government positions. Clay County Historical and Arts Council Prepares 45th Festival on the Square Volunteers and organizers with the Clay County Historical and Arts Council are finalizing plans for the annual Festival on the Square in Hayesville.
