I’m Amelia! Anyone who knows me knows that food is my happy place! I love trying new restaurants, reading my endless pile of cookbooks and, most of all, cooking in my own kitchen for my family & friends. This passion led me to embark on a cooking course at Leiths School of Food & Wine at the start of 2020. While I love nothing more than putting on my chef whites, at the end of day I am a London girl, who lives on her own. Most of the time I’m cooking for myself on an average London salary, so the day-to-day reality isn’t quite as glamorous as it may seem!
