Sara Ayres, is the Founder of The Base Body Co, and ex London dweller like myself. The main reason I wanted to have a conversation with her (despite being great), is that she left London last year like I did, and as we have returned ‘home’ nearer to our respective routes, I wanted to unravel the ideas a little bit about location, where you live and ask actually, does it matter so much where you live now in a new Covid world? Also, after the demands of big city living began to take their toll and her craving for self-care grew deeper, Sara set out on her own exploration for convenient, holistic and natural antidotes to modern living. I have an important conversation to share with Dionne Williams is a Mindset Confidence Coach & Business Strategist (and old friend and colleague), and founder of Get Set Go. After 15 years experience in Financial Services helping hundreds of businesses of all shapes and sizes, she now works with aspiring business owners and professionals to empower them to achieve clarity in purpose, and to develop confidence, maximise and package their talents. The reason I wanted to speak to Dionne is that, like so many businesses who work in mental health and personal development, Dionne is someone who has had her own experiences, and in turn shape her output now. ART - Conversation with Doug Karson, Artist and leader for Art Battle in UK

Today, The Busyness interviews the brilliant Douglas Karson. Doug is an artist with a mission; to connect people through common Truth and make the world better with art. Born in 1984 and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas, Art was not present in his childhood. As you will hear, he was self-taught with a deep passion for creativity, he understands Art can lead the way into a healthier future, and believes in in art and artists. He is the founder of Art Battle in the UK, and is also a yogi, poet, performer, playwright, musician, chef and producer. Born in the US, and resided in many a city as you will hear, Douglas now calls Bristol home and loves the art, colour and people of the city. His work has been featured in magazines such as Art Reveal, Creativ Paper and more. His output is prolific with no sign of slowing. With experience in participating and organising over 30 group and solo exhibitions, he is driven to share. COOKING: Catching up with Amelia, trained chef and founder of In Mimi's Kitchen

Amelia is a former colleague in the world of media, but is now also a trained chef. I don’t need to intro much, just have a listen. She wrote the bio herself so just leaving this here...  “Hey! I’m Amelia! Anyone who knows me knows that food is my happy place! I love trying new restaurants, reading my endless pile of cookbooks and, most of all, cooking in my own kitchen for my family & friends. This passion led me to embark on a cooking course at Leiths School of Food & Wine at the start of 2020. While I love nothing more than putting on my chef whites, at the end of day I am a London girl, who lives on her own. Most of the time I’m cooking for myself on an average London salary, so the day-to-day reality isn’t quite as glamorous as it may seem!
