Necedah High School (Necedah WI) retired Track and Field coach and the founder of the WON80 program joins us to discuss the WON80 movement to raise awareness in student-athletes, coaches, parents, and spectators about the need to return to positive sportsmanship.  In this episode we examine the WON80 programs intentional approach to developing positive team culture by identifying what character in action looks like and celebrating it when athletes embody it.
