Yale University (New Haven, CT) Head Women's Golf Coach Lauren Harling joins us to discuss open communication as the foundation for building trusting relationships and cohesive, competitive team culture.  Coach Harling has created an environment empowering young women to communicate effectively, have awareness, and come to the table ready to listen with genuine intent.  These skills have helped Coach Harling lay the foundation for program success at Yale and for her athletes well beyond collegiate athletics.
