On this episode I talk about the importance of remembering the hurt and pain that it took to get to the things you wanted to get too. You have accomplished big things and it took a lot to get there. Episode 7: Give Yourself Some Grace

It's been over 2 years since I've done a podcast and in that time a pandemic has happened. This is how I've been handling not having the same motivation that I had before the entire world shut down and the importance of letting it be alright that you and I may not be functioning at quite the same level that we're used to. It's ok to show yourself some grace until we begin to see more normalcy regained in our lives.
