-In this episode we touch on why we decided to build and launch DanielsTwins Fitness, and how important it is to implement simple, small habits that lead to a sustainable fitness-based lifestyle. Nobody can sustain a full on sprint for hours, and that is a small metaphor for how a healthy lifestyle should be lived. Prioritize your sleep, your nutrition, and add quality training/wellness routines into your schedule. Over time, you’ll feel, look, and live better as a result. -We also touch on how we made small lifestyle changes that got the ball rolling in our own fitness journeys. As we’ve grown and continued to learn through our own processes, we’ve realized how much other people need to know and how much we can share. Through this podcast and other platforms, our goal is to build a foundation that expands into a community of people who are determined to tackle the challenges that the American health system has put before us.
