We are here to optimize how our bodies function in order to help others do the same. We’ve learned so much since the last podcast and we’re excited to share some of that with you guys. In this episode of The DanielsTwins Fitness Podcast, we dive into three main topics: - 1.) Our Nutrition - What adjustments have we made? Why have we made them? How do these adjustments make us feel? - 2.) Sleep - How does maintaining a solid sleep routine help us feel better throughout the day? How do we put ourselves in the position to get good sleep? - 3.) Mentality Shifts and Building Credibility - What do we do to build credibility with ourselves? Why do we believe every transformation starts with the mind? How will we stay consistent in cementing good habits into our lifestyle? What plays a role in developing self-credibility? - This was our first podcast in a while, and for good reason. Over the last two Months we’ve seen what being honest with ourselves has allowed us to realize and take action in. We value time when we are able to get clear and learn. This allows for more creativity and flow when we do look to take action. - We are doing good, but we can do more. We know a lot, but we can know more. We’ve seen a lot, but we can see more.
