The Emotion Project
Why is it SO anxiety-producing to "put ourselves out there?" Why is it SO uncomfortable to say how we really feel in relationships and stand up for what we need? Why is it SO scary to be SEEN? To go against the grain? To set boundaries or make decisions that other people may not approve of? There are so many ways we "manage" other people's anxiety and approval of us....but really what we are trying to manage is our OWN anxiety. I talk about the fears that hold us back from showing up more authentically in all areas of our lives so we can STOP overthinking, people-pleasing, and feeling stuck. It's amazing how quickly you can get "unstuck" once you are willing to TAKE INSPIRED ACTION and risk *breaking the rules* that have previously kept you safe but now keep you stifled.
