The Science Behind What is Body Image

We are all constantly bombarded with visuals that we end up internalizing from a very young age. So much so that most of us have experienced dissatisfaction or body image concerns at some point in our journey. It’s a process and a journey like anything else we want to put our mind to - finding body neutrality, body acceptance and body freedom are the ultimate goals.
