Indicators of Need

Exploring Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. Sometimes in our lives developing and achieving personal goals is not as simple as telling ourselves we can do it or writing down what’s working and what’s not working. Occasionally we have bigger challenges and sometimes we don’t recognise that some areas of our lives need extra care and attention before we can move on. Maslows hierarchy of needs is a good way to look at this further and explore possible reasons why achieving goals and feeling more content and fulfilled is not always an easy ride.
