I talk about the bigger mission behind Thriving Women, why giving yourself grace and planned recharges matters (without slipping into burnout), and the emotional load women carry alongside work, kids and caring responsibilities. Then I break down the key reasons we get stuck: thinking fat loss is the whole process, doing things upside down by chasing quick fixes before building foundations, negotiating with your non-negotiables, failing to fully commit to each phase (fat loss, maintenance and strength/performance), and telling yourself “I know what to do, I just need to do it” instead of putting real structure and accountability in place.
