Descripción

For years, I live inside that kind of emotional intensity, your body adapts. Your nervous system learns to survive. You normalize things that, in hindsight, feel impossible to explain. In this episode, I share what it was like to live with that fear, how trauma rewires your body, and what happens when survival becomes your everyday reality. This is one of the most personal and honest episodes I've recorded.

#58: Who Makes The Rules For Love?

Love is beautiful and Love can be painful. I've been thinking a lot about love lately because, honestly, right now it feels a little painful to me. I was listening to a song the other day, and he said when you are 95 or 100 years old , you're not going to look back and wish you had a bigger house, a nicer car , or made more money. You're going to wish you spent more time with the people you love. He also said the hardest and best memories of our lives come from our relationships. That really resonated with me. Honestly, it is easier to be alone. But are we growing? Are we challenging ourselves? Are we experiencing everything life has to offer? So in this episode I am rambling about love, relationships, expectations, and the importance of following your own path instead of somebody else's. Because your life doesn't have to look like anyone else's to be exactly right for you.
