Descripción

I used to think the hardest part would be leaving. But the truth is, I didn't want to leave. No matter how chaotic it became, no matter how impossible it felt, there was still a part of me trying to figure out how to make it work. I would have done anything and gone through anything to make it work, even losing myself completely. This episode is about the side of a painful relationship people don't always understand--the hope, the denial, the memories, the dreams, and the version of the future you keep fighting for, even when everything around you is falling apart. Sometimes, I wonder how could I have wanted to stay?

#58: Who Makes The Rules For Love?

Love is beautiful and Love can be painful. I've been thinking a lot about love lately because, honestly, right now it feels a little painful to me. I was listening to a song the other day, and he said when you are 95 or 100 years old , you're not going to look back and wish you had a bigger house, a nicer car , or made more money. You're going to wish you spent more time with the people you love. He also said the hardest and best memories of our lives come from our relationships. That really resonated with me. Honestly, it is easier to be alone. But are we growing? Are we challenging ourselves? Are we experiencing everything life has to offer? So in this episode I am rambling about love, relationships, expectations, and the importance of following your own path instead of somebody else's. Because your life doesn't have to look like anyone else's to be exactly right for you.
