Descripción

I thought I was past certain things until an argument showed me there was still grief sitting underneath the healing. This video is me being honest about what happens when old wounds show up in new situations. Not to blame anybody. Not to make myself look perfect. But to show the real process of catching yourself, unpacking the trigger, and realizing sometimes you are not arguing with the person in front of you — your wound is arguing with theirs. I talk about communication, survival tactics, interrupting, being triggered by past relationships, and what it looks like when you actually bring the lesson back to yourself instead of just pointing fingers. Because healing is not always cute. Sometimes it is messy. Sometimes it is loud. Sometimes you realize you were not the High Empress yesterday — but you still got the lesson.

Did you get what you asked for, or are you too focused on what is still missing?

Pause and look around. You may already be standing inside something you once prayed for. Pause for a second and look around. Did you get what you asked for? I know sometimes we are so focused on what is still missing that we forget to notice what has already shown up. But I want you to really look, not through the lens of “I don’t have enough,” but through the lens of what the old version of you once prayed for. In this conversation, I’m talking about gratitude, growth, discipline, stewardship, and realizing that sometimes you are already standing inside a life you once wanted. It may not be the final version. Everything may not be perfect. A few things may still be missing. But that does not erase what has already been given, built, healed, learned, or received. So take a real look around you. What do you have right now that the person you were 10 years ago would have been grateful for? Stay up and stay blessed. Deuces.
