Descripción

This one is me unpacking in real time what happens when a disagreement touches an old wound. I’m talking about friendship, connection, arguments, tricksters, emotional triggers, and the moment I realized that if I’m “pulling punches,” then part of me already believes I’m in a fight. This is not the whole movie. This is the preview of the work: learning how to stay present, protect your peace, and stop letting old programming decide what a new relationship means.

The “Let Me Shut Up” Experiment: Are You Loved or Just Useful?

In this video, I’m talking through something that came up heavy for me during this retrograde: the feeling that people are used to me being the one who talks, checks in, fixes, coaches, listens, and carries the emotional weight. So I decided to try an experiment. I’m going to be quiet. Not in a petty way, not in a cold way — just quiet enough to see what happens when I stop reaching, stop pulling, stop asking, stop unpacking everybody else’s stuff, and just exist. Because sometimes when you’re the healer, the fixer, the strong friend, the creative one, the one everybody comes to… people forget to ask how you’re doing. They get full off what you give and stop appreciating the fact that you’re giving it. This one is for the people who are tired of being useful but still want to be loved. Stay up and stay blessed.
