Mind Body and Soul

To be on your path means you are being the person you were born to be.  When you are on that path your world reflects it with peace and abundance.  There is a trick.  You can not be on your path mentally and not physically, on the other hand if you have the perfect body, it means very little if your mind is full of clutter.  You need a balance of mind, body and spirit. Bonus: Monday April 13th is the beginning of our wellness challenge.  It is a five week challenge for basically anyone from couch potato to someone who works out regularly.  It will be a lot of fun and hopefully you will form some healthy habits along the way.  For more information please go to our Facebook group:  CoCo's Path 2 Wellness.  The challenge is 100% free.  We are simply working together with like minded individuals to get on our path 2 wellness!  Hope you join!  For a progress tracker please send an email to cocospath@gmail.com and I will send one your way. Have a Blessed Week!
