The Polymath Podcast
In this week's episode we looked at the Intentional Life of the Apostle Paul. Paul had an unrelenting, unwavering passion for preaching the gospel of Christ but it did not start there. Before Paul became a man of God, he has a great passion for persecuting Christians. He took pride in killing believers of Christ and he believed that was the right things to do. When the Lord revealed Himself to Paul on the road to Damascus, Paul life was instantly changed but his passion and intentionality did not change. God only changed the way he used it. So instead of killing Christians, Paul began to preach which such power and fearlessness that he said in Phil 1:21 "For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain." Paul knew that serving Christ came with a cost and he was willing to pay that cost even if it meant risking his life in the process. Today, as believers we can emulate the life of Paul in the way he was unapologetic and courageous in his pursuit of spreading the gospel.
