Welcome to Episode 7 of 'The Switch Off'. In the final episode of the first series, focusing on new beginnings, we'll be thinking about new ages and birthdays. Having just celebrated a milestone birthday of my own, what better time to take a moment to reflect on the journey of aging, and to evaluate our feelings about where we're at, and how we've grown over the years. However old or young you are - (or feel!) - it's important to celebrate the wisdom and the experiences we collect through the years, and be proud of how far we've come.
