My goal is to help others and myself to leave their comfort zone and push them/myselves to way more of than what we may think we're capable of. At the end of the podcast depending on the theme there will be a challenge. The challenge may be eating alone, mending/ cutting relationships, saying no and more. I am more than open to having guest of all kind to speak, get vulnerable and relational. Let's talk trauma, environment, boundaries, sex and more.
